Dave was the best loan officer I have ever dealt with. He didn’t rush me and wanted to make sure that I understood all of my options and pros vs cons of each option. He locked me in at the lowest rate in comparison to other loan officers. The best part is, there were no origination fees or points that I had to pay. Oh yes…one more thing…THEY CLOSED IN 2 WEEKS!
